Background
We who have had a desire to see these gatherings of believers take place, are people with a background from prayerhouses around on the west coast of Norway. We believe it will strengthen the believers to get together to “…build yourselves up in your most holy faith…” (Jude 1:20) and to “…encourage one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching…” Heb 10:25 & 1 Thess 5:11)
Through this ministry we strive to encourage one another in the faith and the ministry, and to be a channel through which God can work in our neighborhood.
Through our gatherings we also wish to partner with missionaries whom have their ministries overseas, both through prayer and finances. You can read more about our focus on missions in the ‘Missions’ section of this web site.

The Leaders
Our group of leaders (elders) consist of Trygve Andås, Fred Andersen, Torbjørn Øygard and Erling Røsvik. Jon Andås was one of the leaders. He went to be with the Lord on the 9th Februray, 2008. In remebrance.
These individuals are responsible to organize these gatherings, make sure the teaching is based on God’s Word, engage believers in fitting ministries for the edification of the Church and distribute funds to various missions projects.
